We begin by getting clear on what you want and why. Next we define where you currently are, and then we partner together to close that gap. We uncover everything that is currently standing in your way—fears, circumstances, obstacles, patterns, habits, limiting beliefs, etc.—and then we shift all of that to make room for something new. New ways of being. New results. New stories. New ways of showing up every day.

 

HOW IT WORKS:

  • First, we’ll schedule a 60-minute complimentary sample session. You’ll find out what value coaching has to offer you, and we’ll also make sure we’re a great fit before you make this investment
  • You choose a coaching package to invest in, and then we book our first session
  • Before our first session, you fill out a Welcome Packet and Client Contract designed to help you step powerfully into this journey by getting clarity about the results you want to generate during our time working together (and also the roadblocks that currently stand in your way)
  • We’ll choose a recurring time for our weekly call, and you will prepare for each session by submitting a check-in sheet that will help to optimize our time and impact together
  • We’ll co-create an action plan to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be, and you’ll take on practices each week that will catalyze this change

Just as a trainer works with a client in the gym, you do the work to manifest your results, and I, as your coach, empower you with support and accountability every step of the way.
